Completed 100k nightfall with no triumph completion
Just completed a 100k nightfall on strange terrain and didn't get the triumphs for the tribute hall. Only got 20% on lavish defender which makes no sense.

For High Roller, you need to have a full set of Armor and Weapons from the Menagerie or any Leviathan Raid equipped. For example, I did it using a full CoS Armor set with Austringer, The Epicurean and Fixed Odds. Lavish Defender does not really count the number of points achieved, it counts more the number of completed runs. Just do a couple Speed runs and you should be done.
