I got one from the heroic adventure yesterday. And it got me to thinking, what do we know about it? Other than the fact that it was found in old Chicago, and fires black holes.
Do we know who made it? It’s origins?
Sorry if I caused flashbacks to it’s reign of terror.

Well, just going off of modern day Chicago area, there's a somewhat famous particle accelerator called Fermi Lab. Wouldn't be terribly surprised if they joined the Ishtar Collective as part of the Earth-based division. Just spit balling.

It used to go "wub wub wub", but now it only goes "wub wub".

3 RepliesAll we know about Graviton Lance is what’s in its lore. Nothing else.

Bungie made it
original joke
We know it’s a purple shooty boi

1 ReplyProbably some leftover experimental technology from Clovis Bray or the Ishtar collective, I imagine black holes were one of the first things humanity decided to research about during the golden age considering how interested we are in them

Bungie thought it would be cool, so they put it in the game.

So, mr fruit made a video on the graviton lance Immediately after I made this post. Coincidence? Yeah.

2 RepliesIt’s a science experiment gone horribly wrong, as is evident by the thousands of raging Crucible participants.

It was OP

Nothing really. Likely part of Golden Age tech. Maybe you can get Ana to take a look at it because if anyone knows about it, she and Rasputin could figure it out. But, besides that, we know nothing

2 RepliesIt's not tied to any gun manufacturer so my guess it's like wardcliff a science experiment combined with a gun

It's broken

6 RepliesNothing really. I do know it used to be one of my favorite weapons, but the 1 second TTK really drags it down...
