Either give Warlocks and Hunters a one eyed mask equivalent or nerf that crutch.
4 benefits from one exotic piece of armor is way too much.
Don't wait till after Shadow keep to do it. It needs balancing now or every other Titan exotic you create will be a bench warmer while most Titans default to using this crutch as they are now.
