But, speculating seeing how mods are perks and there are more slots. It's looking like they are perks but you won't have as many on the old gear that would make a difference. Bungie already answered all questions about the armor though. 2 perk slots. Mod slots. Ornament slot. Agility/resilience/recovery. Discipline/strength/int.

Not that there are two perk slots they didn't. There's up to 8 or 9 mod 'spaces' but different mods have different weightings. So you could, for example, have 3 mods worth 3 slots each, one worth 6 and one worth 3, 9 mods worth 9 each etc. (I don't know how much mods will weight but this is in principle how the system will work). Ornaments are on top of this. They've not explained how int/dis/str will work or how we can change that.

Bungie word holds no value and never has by just looking at their actions that speak a hell of a lot louder than their words ever have. What they said and what will take place remains to be seen.

I didnt avoid any question. Because a question is something you dont know the answer to. And you dont know either. So i am going by facts...not fiction. So far bungie hasnt been wrong once about DLC content. We always got what they said we would get.
