This bounty requires 5 kills in a short amount of time for 1/15. Then repeat.

This would make sense. Adding in that context to the bounty would save the player a ton of time however (which, AFAIK, bungie is not monetizing). I can only imagine how complex of a game this is, being a software engineer myself, but I can't imagine this would be a difficult improvement given that text is already being displayed.
