First off, sorry for all the down votes, people can be quite petty on these forums.
Second, where is the ban for all the cheat cheese and all the other cheating everyone else does in this game? It's really not fair at all.
Third, my guess is, this is a way to force you to buy a new copy of the game for yous console. Otherwise, maybe they are trying their best to kill the game outright. Who knows.
Lastly, maybe since you have said what you did, they will cut you a break but most likely not) cause they are too busy making shadowkeep for all the other cheaters here.
