Why does it take so long to log in to destiny 2
It took me almost 8 minutes to get to the character log in screen. Bungie please

If you plan on staying on console for a good while longer just buy a SSD. They are good for any game load time. I go back to console it takes max 2 minutes without SSD. And Im running og xbox one Tower takes about a minute.

Got to do with hardware. I load in faster on my own PS4 then I load in on my friends PS4.

I have a all digital Xbone S, and good internet, I have noticed a slowdown.

Put destiny on an external ssd. Much faster. It doesn’t take me 8 mins.

What? It takes me like a minute or 2 to get me from starting the game to character selection to orbit on xbox. You must have a slow connection.

7 RepliesIf you can use an SSD, Xbox One X, PS4 Pro, or strong PC. That will help. Otherwise yeah the loading has gotten too much for older hardware.
