What the -blam!- is this, I mean the game is no longer mine, although I already paid, I mean they can change the contract when they feel like it

You have never owned the game. Bungie has allowed use of a license on it for as long as you have been playing.

You never owned Destiny 2. None of us do. Just read the other replies here. Same thing with the remake of Crash CTR Nitro Fueled and many other games these days. We just buy a license to the game.
