INVISIBLE PLAYERS IN IRON BANNER?!?!?!
Just played a match against a team where 4 of them on the other team were in that glass like only partially loaded in state the entire game!!
These kind of issues have been happening since the Tribute Hall was introduced, but they are getting worse.
Items like:
1. Invisible Players
2. Infinite load screens unless you turn in a bounty or delete a shader. (and we were told by Bungie about this workaround as if that is acceptable).
3. Losing progress on a "without dying" bounty because while you were stuck in a loading screen, the other randos ran ahead and died. (that one is more of a side effect of point 2.)
4. My Gjallarhorn is missing from my inventory. (Thought I'd give it a shot)

I've been playing this during the week and have been running into this halfway through matches my team is winning. Enemy team is no longer visible and all you see is the red health bar. Makes it difficult to hit your crits or even play. Seems like a ton of ghost bullets happen during this event as well but the player is not visible to me so not sure if I'm hitting anything. Is this people cheating when they are loosing a match?

1 ReplyThey are not really invisible, you still see them and can kill them, if my 41 year old eyes can see and take them out you can too

1 ReplyYep and they did Maint and still did nothing about these problems... but i gurantee if it was an everworst bug... the issue would be fixed in 2 min.. Goes to show you how much they care about the players experience

Unfortunately, the cure all is to dismantle a shader. It works, but sucks to have to do it during a match. Bungie REALLY is making a last gasp to get you to enjoy their successful D2 shader system.

Happened to me second match last night. Everyone went invis. It was kinda cool actually. It happened more towards the end of the match

Share this information on any related post you see. I hope this helps everyone that missed the previous posts/replies about it. There are two ways to fix this bug: 1) Open your pursuits menu 2) If step 1 did not work, delete a shader

I just played a match I switched my primary half way through and my gun was invisible for the rest of the match. it was cool but the sight didnt work.

1 ReplyI found myself invisible and I had a different gun equipped. Felt like an old AR I haven't used in years or maybe never. As soon as I switched my gun, I became visible again. Not sure what this glitch is, but they need it fixed ASAP!

That happened on me on the last IR match I had. On Retribution map, someone was invisible using bows and pretty much trolling on us on B flag doorway. We couldn't find him or the minimap. It was a weird but dirty exploit. The guy managed to get 51 kills without dying

It's worse than in D1 when my sidearm would randomly jam on me. I guess I should have spent more time cleaning and oiling it.

3 RepliesIt is rather annoying whenever you're in the middle of a match and all of a sudden you're surrounded by Casper the unfriendly ghosts. It gets even lovelier whenever your gun decides to give up on life and go spectral as well. Which essentially means it joins the enemy team. Have you ever tried to aim through an invisible scope? That's just like...using your eye man. And I can assure you, your eye alone is inferior to the enemy Caspers. Well, unless you have One Eyed Mask. Then...lol.

2 RepliesAre you on PC? I’m getting the invisible players here on console but I’ve heard a few say there’s infinite loading screens and all the rest but I’ve had none of that. I know for sure one youtuber who said the same as you is on PC so maybe it’s just there? But yeah screw that invis stuff. (ALTHOUGH I did get to record a game where I was literally the only dude who wasn’t going invisible yet my team won and I came first and since I’m not all that good I was proud of that as I’m sure you all are too. Just me? That’s cool.)
