When I got fabled my recluse triumph didn't activate.
I've been grinding glory for weeks and I finally hit 2132 glory and my triumph for recluse did not activate.
Edit: Going to the tower and back to orbit fixed my problem.

Loading in to the tower and back to orbit fixed it for me

You've already got it solved, but it's a known bug. Just changing locations or relogging usually solves it
