They did the same thing to black hammer tbh don’t really know why they bother honestly are the Ai moaning about what guns we kill them with it doesn’t even matter this game is a grinding game there’s no end to the killing lol anyway who cares how powerful a perk is I mean half of these guns are boss killers even without infinite ammo Jotunn sleeper outbreak 1k some nerfs really seem pointless people just play with what they like in Pve and I’m pretty sure the whole point of amazing perks like that is to help the grind but ohh well not a sniper man myself but agree with you that no one is wasting an exotic slot on the whisper now
