In hindsight, it was barely used even when it had infinite ammo. The only time I saw people pull it out was when they were doing low-man challenge content. For most encounters, even if it was the "best" option, it was too difficult for most people to even bother. Other weapons could recieve the same results, and would be far easier than using Whisper. I think the nerf needs to be reverted. As a sidenote, the Sleeper nerf too probably, nobody ever uses the thing for anything.
