Say what you want but the bright dust tributes require RNG to get. You’ll need to get a bright dust package or an exotic item from engrams in hopes of getting it quicker. As someone who likes to be a bit of a collector i just find it frustrating that in order to obtain these tributes you have to get some rng and grinding in order to unlock this. I know in the long term i will get it but i would like to get it quicker if you get what i’m saying.
