4:3 resolution on a 16:9 monitor
whenever I try to use a 4:3 aspect ratio in-game I get black bars on the top and bottom of my screen. I change my windows resolution to the same resolution that I use in-game and it still has black bars.

the black bars are used to make the 4:3 resolution, it does not stretch the image like some other games to make bigger hit boxes.
