Stop forcing me to play gambit
Shit game mode this game went to shit when it was introduced i’m forced to play this shit game mode to get stuff complete. I prefer when back in D1 it was just Strikes,Crucible and raids along with some PVP and PVE endgame activities. Not some PVEP shit hole what has the worst invasion spawns known to man pls stop forcing me to play this shit activity.
Edit:Okay maybe “forced” is a bit of an overstatement, more like just made to, to progress in certain quests and bounties, the infamy tribute hall one really put me off.

Gambit`s OK.. It`s not Archon Forge or POE, which were always some FUN... But at least it`s not a crucible mandatory kill level with a specific weapon and points shaved on deaths.

Do the bounties you like, and use multiple characters to run them again to get to 4 for the day. Problem solved, no gambit.

3 RepliesThe community said to bungie separate pvp from pve but what do they do they come up with a game mode that a majority of players hate including myself and because of that I made it a point to boycott gambit right from the start. The game mode is bad news & so is the character that’s attached to it ..... back in the first game we never had this problem so I think that bungie should either rework gambit and remove any quest for it

You are not forced to play anything. I want mountaintop Luna or the likes but I don’t like to play pvp. So period, I won’t get it, and will play other games when they release instead. I’ll come back to destiny months later, when the price is fair and content descent enough to play it for a while. Have a few frustrated minions show me the raid, all proud of their exploit, and bam, leave them to their triumph scoring and move to another game.

I don't have any of the exotic handcannons because they require pvp but I don't care about them, they go straight into the vault anyway. I chip away at them every now and then but I certainly don't go out of my way to get vault ornaments. I did get lumina because the pvp step was much easier this time.

Suck it up and play the damn game, don’t go for a quest if it requires you to play something you don’t want to play, the only justified complaint is going for the pinnacle weapons, and at that point if you don’t want to grind the mode then you don’t deserve the weapon, I also assume you’re complaining about the lumina quest, and in that case if you can’t kill an invader then you shouldn’t be touching anything with pvp related content
