Notorious Reaper Mask
I completed the weekly drifter bounty for the legendary mote synth last week and it only dropped me an outlaw reaper mask, I figured I had to wait another week and so I did.
I just completed the synth head bounty again and it still only dropped me an Outlawed.
Is there a certain way to go about this or am I just a slave to rng until it drops me a notorious?
