I’m having to use a second account but for my main which is for Xbox when I try to sign in I get an authentication error: “We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.“ I have tried everything I know from deleting the app and reinstalling, deleting information I saved to the app, and other things but none of it works. I am getting very frustrated about it especially with shadowkeep coming up with cross save. I know it isn’t something to deal with my Xbox profile because I have contacted 4 different support people and they all said my Xbox account is all up to date so now I don’t know what to do!
