Calus hates the awoken. Thats why he doesnt take that resource. I agree with someone below.. would be nice if Petra took them for banners.. We collect the crap for the witches.. so why not give it to them?

1 ReplyThe tribute hall has to be available to everyone, so i suppose only materials from the 4 first planets are needed. But i suppose we may have a rotation system, just like with the spider.

2 RepliesIt’d be great for people like you who have 1000s stockpiled, but for people like me who realized there was no point collecting them after getting 100 of them, we would have no way to get them in large amounts, meaning we’d have to patrol the dreaming city for hours to complete them.

Calus hates the Awoken. Or more specifically the Awoken Queen and by extension [i]most[/i] Awoken for being functionally slaves begging for orders. He also implies he hates the Dreaming City by banning us from going there if we fully commit to him. Don't blame him. I hate it too. Let me live on the Leviathan with a social space and a Leviathan-Themed play area. The resource for the Leviathan... those purple crystals instilled in the Menagerie weapons. Would unironically be the second location-resource that made sense to need for infusion. I question how rubbing Sparkly-Purple Bonsai Trees onto my two guns is going to help me make it stronger. The Crystals, and even Dusklight Shards have an inherent strength to them. Everything else is just some thematic nonsense to facilitate grinding.

I could see them adding other enemy tributes that cost Etheric Spirals and Baryon Boughs at a later date. After all, there's no Tributes for Scorn or Taken in the Hall, yet.
