This shit and mountaintop need -blam!-ing changed. Absolutely ridiculous -blam!-ing grind, for subpar garbage. -blam!-ing cute bungie. Just really cute how little you try anymore. Cant wait for borderlands 3. This game is -blam!-ing trash.

Damn, it’s been two seasons since I’ve seen these posts

26 RepliesReally? You can't do 40 Gambit matches for one of the best guns in the game?
-
Your a couple seasons late buckaroo

It’s one of the easiest pinnacle weapons to get. It’s actually quite good and worth it tbh. But everything is optional and you’re not required to do so. Just simply delete the quest and move on to playing casually until Borderlands comes out. No reason to hop on forums complaining about a game that you say will stop playing come September. Seems like a lot of energy wasted there.

Lol relax wtf
-
It's a pinnacle weapon, it's supposed to be a grind. You obviously haven't tried grinding for any top tier stuff in Borderlands if you think this was difficult. I put in 100's of hours before getting my first Infinity Pistol to drop, way more than that to get my first Norfleet and I still haven't dropped a Cobra....but yeah, 40 games for a pinnacle weapon is so ridiculous. People will find a reason to cry about everything.

Bit late for this topic 😂 But yeah, the grind made me take a break haha

2 RepliesBoth the Mountaintop and the Breakneck are amazing in PvE. Really curious to see where you’re getting garbage from.
-
If the weapons are garbage then why do you feel the need to grind for them? I think there are issues with the Mountaintop double kills but the rest of the quest and the Breakneck quest as a whole are fine in my opinion. Breakneck is a seasonal pinnacle reward so 40 games over the course of a season is probably about 5 games a week which seems ok to me and since it’s original release to now is maybe only 1-2 games a week. Breakneck is intended as one of the pinnacle weapons in Gambit and therefore should require a decent amount of Gambit.

It is quite a grind, mind you grinding in a destiny is rather lax compared to other games I’ve played. Break it down a few at a time, pace yourself Careful how you convey what ails you, you’re frustrated, sure, but you’ll only earn yourself a forum ban if you’re too colourful with language Embrace the fact very few will obtain everything, man, if you hate Gambit that much, why would you even bother?
-
It's probably the best legendary auto. It's worth the grind man.
-
10 RepliesYou don't even have to win the matches. Just play Gambit and you'll get the gun eventually.
-
2 RepliesDon’t get it then. Simple as that. No one has a gun to your head.
-
1 Reply40 games is nothing, I’ve played that many since yesterday
-
2 RepliesLol, complaining about 40 games.... imagine this guy tying to go for dredgen 🤣🤣🤣
-
2 RepliesThis is a joke right? Play the game and you'll get the gun. 40 games is nothing and you don't need to grind it out in a day. The gun is by far one of the easiest to obtain and one of the best auto rifles in the game. If you think breakneck is bad then wait until you see the requirements for hush or any other pinnacle. Destiny 2 isn't for everybody, so why don't you go play your other game and stop crying on the forums.🍼

2 RepliesI did almost 300+ gambit games for reckoner. Breakneck isn't that big of a grind

it's not really that great, huckleberry does it better
It is def a grind, but if you want the weapon you have to do it. It is a pinnacle weapon for a reason, they don't just hand them out. Do you think I wanted to grind 40 games of Gambit? By the end i couldn't even hear the word Gambit without losing my Sh*t, but i got the weapon and it is worth it in the end.
