Raid LFG CANCER
Look I’m not trying to be like a complainer but come on I’m trying to do the new raids like SOP and COS like I watched videos and know what to do but dang everyone be saying “oh you need 50+ clears checking emblem”, like dang I just want to try the new raids because they look like fun it’s not my fault my clan members left leaving me with no one to try the raids. And people on LFG are cancerous to players who just want to learn to do the raid

I gave up raids long long ago. Between the time consuming mechanics and toxic players I'm like -blam!- it. Now I'm a D2 casual because there is no egc I'm interested in.

5 RepliesGot hated on because I only have 17 SOTP clears when the team... I stress team... had 200+. Everything became my fault when it really wasn't. If you want someone with 200+ clears, put 200+ clears on the post. Don't put "be chill" and then melt down if the raid takes more than 30 minutes. Especially when your team plays together all the time and doesn't have to communicate as much because you know your roles. I've had some really fun LFG groups, but I've had some really toxic ones too. I always pause before clicking interested because I have no idea what I'm getting into lol

Literally made a first attempt at crown of sorrows last night. Needed 3 players, said I'd never done it before and got the other players in literally 2 minutes of posting, got to the end boss and then ran out of time. Met some new guys that are cool, and chilled just what I asked for on the post. This is my experience with lfg 90% of the time. People just want to make excuses or don't want to make there own group, it's easy enough, you just cant be bothered.

If you are on Xbox, i invite you to join our raiding/general group. It doesn't matter if you've never done raids before, we have people that can sherpa you through and we'll have you as long as you come for the learning and not the carry.

You can make your own post. People can and should have their own specific requirements when it comes to raids and other activities. I, personally, would want at least one person who KWTD in my raid group and people above the LL requirement for each raid. So, I'm going to post those requirements on my LFG post. But seriously, why don't you make your own post? I guarentee you you'll have 6 people wanting to run the raid with you. That's why none of this, " cancerous lfg" argument works.

6 RepliesFinished heroic menagerie with LFG randoms without voice communications for first try and got my catalyst. Some morons on this forum told me that with matchmaking it will impossible but I don’t understand where is the difference if I finished it with same randoms without voice communication. Those who against matchmaking in raids and heroic menagerie are 100% imbeciles while Destiny 2 has worst player service.

Just make your own post inviting other new players to join you. This way you avoid toxicity.

I’m more than willing to help teach raids that I know. If on PSN send message. I totally agree that LfG forums are cancer at time. Find the ones that say willing to teach or be chill. Few and far between but they do exist. Seriously take me up on invite. I’m on a lot and we will find a raid group.

I would honestly go to the clan recruitment page and go from there. Join an active clan that everyone can team up and raid in. You'll have far less issues with randos and not being able to raid. A lot of clans use Discord now and its an AMAZING app to keep in touch with your clan on. Not only that, but you can't even do the raid challenges without those clan bounties. (Really dumb I know). Best of luck to you. I'd try as join an active clan if I were in your place.

This post is a little unfair. No it is not your fault that your clan members left , but it is also not other people's fault that your clan members left. There are plenty of raiders that like to sherpa. If you can't join a team, start your own one. There are many players like yourself looking to do the raids for the first time. Team up with them. The first completion always take time. Datto first Last Wish run was over 24 hours for example. An easy run is not an entitlement
