Not really. At the very least its another full year before Destiny 3 is a reality, and thats not even confirmed, they might want to spend alot longer truly refining the game, so it can be everything from 1 year, to 3 or more. And the direction Destiny 2 is headed at the moment with shadowkeep, all of the new mmo elements, new gear, new raid, its looking very very promising, and im very excited for Shadowkeep, and will definatily not stop playing, or buying cool cosmetics anytime soon. I feel like its way too early to stop enjoying the game because Destiny 3 MIGHT come out next year, or when the new consoles release.

I get what your saying. I won't be buying Destiny 3 either, until year 3. That way you get more game and it will cost less. Learned my lesson when I bought Destiny 2 at launch.
