After looking up your profile, I saw that you are also a destiny veteran...and in my opinion you should remember very well that there have been issues with Crucible regularly, whether it was weapon balancing or lag...after fixing one weapon another one came out that was overpowered and so on and so on.... ;)

But to be fair, out of all my years playing crucible, d2's sandbox right now is very close to being a perfect balance of weapons to choose from. Autos and scouts need a buff for sure, but there isnt a weapon or weapon class out there that isnt completely useless. It all depends on the skill of the wielder aswell as how he/she synergizes with the perks of the weapon.
