"Unbalanced" I think you mean there are a lot of top tier and/or OHK guns out there and maybe you don't have the viable setup? I run non-meta gear for the most part and me and my teams can usually old our own or win. Just find your right setup that feels good for you and can wreck face. Also as a second point it's unbalanced because all you schmucks asked for random rolls(aka god rolls) to come back into Destiny. That's on everyone who couldn't live without that random roll grind. But Crucible is fun 8 times out of 10, you just have the right gear for you and your playstyle. At least that's what I've found.
