Most of the people that complain about crucible are the ones that are not very good at it. It can be glitchy at times but on whole its not too bad. Stop overblowing the problem, I get it you don't enjoy pvp but a lot of people do.

PvP requires zero skill, unlike pve were you need gun skill and a high iq to 3 tap things.

Honestly if you don’t like pvp, you’re probably just not very good and choose not to improve.

I used lord of wolves for the first time in comp to see what would happen..... because of the massacre I committed it really is busted and PvP in general [spoiler]oh and nerf fusion rifles[/spoiler]

I actually enjoy crucible. I feel like a lot of weapon types are viable. I will say I want to see auto rifles and scouts given some love and I don't like how different PC and console are. But I still have fun in it. Except the mountain top quest. -blam!- that quest

What I got out of ops post -I can’t use the guns I can can use in easy mode pve -it’s to fast paced -pvp gives me anxiety - I want you to play how I do -I want hand outs -no ones better then me -you can’t beat me without etc - I think to hard - let’s hold hands -y1 was the best I can turn around after being shot numerous times and still shoot you and kill you - let me use what the last guy killed me with - nothings working for me continues to switch guns numerous times - ttk is to high - I can’t counter anything - that’s op - nerf something I can’t or can’t counter - wahhh

Crucible is bad and difficult,it’s meant to get harsher everyday but you are an absolute buffoon to complain about it for quest requirements when people have to do pve for quest requirements,having to do a whole raid for one gun you want over and over may seem silly but crucible literally isn’t as bad you all paint it,”elitist” you call crucible players,but in reality they’re just better than you at crucible,you can be better at other modes but don’t hate on the crucible if you’re not good enough,just better yourself in it,I mean if you want recluse or any weapon that needs crucible to make progress just try your best,or find a fireteam to help. Also if you’re going to complain,complain about real issues with the game such as bugs and balancing,and if you can’t finish a quest because you won’t sacrifice a little bit of time to crucible you’re just lazy and want an easy way out for your goal. Lazy.

In my opinion the Crucible needs to be scraped and rebuilt from the ground up, a System in which Skill based match making needs to be implemented, and some Exotics either need to be nerfed, or out right Banned. For the slavering, sub human troglodytes that inhabit the crucible, they wont actually tell you how too get better, only to "git gud" this is their only form of recognizable human communication and is unhelpful, but here is some actually good crucible advice not shown in this thread: Throwing knives too the head with "way of the outlaw" can kill people. To avoid a titan who is shoulder charging you. jump. the tracking cant make them go straight up. same applies too shotguns. Hunters are the best at this with their triple jump. if the Titan is in the air, slide under them. Grenades that don't detonate on impact or do area denial are basically worthless. Sticky grenades are surprisingly effective at scoring multi-kills. want too make some one feel like an Idiot? slap your spike grenade on the ceiling, No body looks up in this game. Tethers can be broken by shooting the orb generating them. Titan shields hurt you, don't walk through them. People using their super aren't invincible, keep shooting, dodging, and staying just out of their reach while firing at them, running will just make you die tired. Soften them up for your team mates. If you get shot at first. Ducking usually just drops you into a head shot, jumping is more effective and unpredictable. Your invincible for a few seconds while teleporting as a warlock. That glint is always a Sniper scope. Assault rifles aren't actually worthless if the enemy has no shields or the rifle has incredibly High Range (Half Dandy), most of the exotic Assault rifles can actually chew through players in the crucible (sweet Business, SUROS REGIME, and Hard Light are probably your best bets. Swords are great survival tools due too blocking. BLACK TALON In particular is fantastic due too the fact that its secondary heavy attack fires a semi-seeking projectile at an enemy. Hand guns with high rates of fire are basically Sub machine guns with better impact, if you have a Pistol with range, it is good for Assists. This will be buried under a mountain of Crucible troll Feces but hopefully it will help somebody.

As a caveat, i despize crucible. That being said, you have to take it for what it is: A dogpile of e-peen measuring adolescents, bent on trying to flex on people because they are powerless IRL. With that in mind, figure out what works, what doesn't work, and stick to teammates. Its literally impossible to lose, even with randoms, if you stick to teammates like glue. All of these MLG wannabe, 360 no scope cowboys wanna run around and think they're Rambo. Its hilarious. If you're paired/teamed up, they charge in and get burned down every time. Just avoid 1v1 and clean up after your teammates. Easy peasy. You might lose a match here and there, but you'll go positive every single time.

I understand what you mean, but until shadowkeep rolls out there will be no major updates to the current state of PvP. There are lots of ways to have fun in PvP and it mainly starts with what outlook you are going to have. Get rushed by 3 people and die? Instead of asking why your teammates didn't follow your every move, consider how you got into this situation. Maybe you left your team and got kill hungry, or you were not in cover and just started blasting away. Never blame your team for death, blame yourself and find a way to improve. It seems that you are not willing to improve so you will continue not to have fun. I typically slap on a podcast and just turn my brain off in quickplay for fun and that is how I deal with the "broken" mechanics of the game. You need to find ways to not get mad in PvP. I typically just finish that game I was in and take a break.

I never enoyjd PvP in Destiny but this state of pvp is more fun then D1 ever was imo.

The PvP is in a bad place right now. I feel no quests should have anything to do with PVP until it's more balanced that includes the iron Banner Quest Isle of iron Banner but the quest is just bad it asks you to use weapons you wouldn't normally use which takes the fun out of iron Banner. I want to be able to enjoy iron Banner not feel like I have to grind just to get the gear it stops me from being able to play the way I want to play it stops me from having fun and video games are supposed to be fun
