I’m referring to how some people seem to think that the menagerie is no longer fun you know.
I get that ‘entertainment’ is subjective but the subject literally has not changed, all that had changed is the reward.
Yes, some people may find getting the reward entertaining, but if they dislike the activities then what’s the point in continuing playing?

Exactly man some people dont get enjoyment from repititive tasks instead they get their enjoyment from being rewarded. So when the rewards get reduced drastically so does their enjoyment and they will stop playing because there is nothing there for them. Look at anthem a similar thing happened where a glitch happened and loot dropped at a rate which everyone enjoyed and then they stopped it and an enormous chunk of people stopped playing.

Anthem is bad though 😂 I get what you mean, I’m not gonna bother rewording my post but my main direction was to those who seemed to believe they enjoyed the overall activity. If they enjoyed the activity then the reward would not change that. On the other hand, and as you have said, if they enjoy only the reward then the fix will push them away from the activity.

Yeah all good dude i get what ya mean now and yeah youre right about the fix pushing some people away, i dont feel terribly motivated to do menagerie anymore but i tend to float around different activities so im sure ill dive back in someday. And yeah anthem is a terrible game lol but it did kill destiny when it came out 🤣🤣🤣🤣
