After the endless bow kill grind and angry team mate messages in Gambit I finally got it. Being a bow fanatic and getting EVERY bow in the game, I gave this one a full 2 days of testing and withholding judgment on Hush this is what I've surmised: It isn't good for PvE (minus few boss and spider tank encounters) It isn't good for PvP, it's like getting a chainsaw to start on the first pull, yes if you get the perk to proc for 4-5 shots you're pretty lethal. BUT no matter the skill you'll likely die as you draw your first hip fire. I've found The Arsenic Bite-4b (Rampage, Explo Head, draw-time masterwork) still blows it away. Even Subtle Calamity with the fore mentioned perks is better. What could be done to make it pinnacle: make it so aim down sites also triggers speed boost. Or my favorite idea. make it the Luna's of bows (sort of) ; 1st Critical heads shot enables dmg buff for 3 secs, if next shot misses buff is removed. As of now its just a more difficult version of The Vow, not worth it when other bows do a better job =)
