We beat the Boss and Completed the "With Both Hands" Challenge in Crown of Sorrow. The Boss chest spawns and no one in my fire team gets any loot nor any notification of "Mission Complete" or "Triumph Complete". We wait around for a few minutes and finally after about 6 minutes the loot finally drops and we get the "Mission Complete" and "Triumph Completed" notice.
