What is the coolest title?
Either it’s the name or how you earn it? Titles are the biggest yet frustrating and flashiest things added to the grind fest of D2. Like many people stressed out about not having the wayfarer or dreaming city seals despite exhausting and dire amounts of farming or grinding just to get one item that is required to finish a triumph.
Earning a specific title is like being at max light to other people when inspecting, people will always judge your character by anything from weapons to looks. It is a gap that extends player bases and creates a feeling of superiority of one’s self over others. Like being the noticeably luckiest in gambling.

If you play PvP then unbroken is one you want to chase, if PvE is more your thing then Rivensbane, Blacksmith and Shadow are the best titles.

Personally I’d say coolest are Dredgen Shadow Reckoner Blacksmith

The favorites that I have are Reckoner and Blacksmith, but once I get Shadow here soon I'll probably wear that. Flawless menagerie triumphs were all annoying

I think blacksmith is the best-sounding title, but I have way more respect for the grind unbrokens go through than any other title

The concept of the titles to show off what you have done is a cool idea. It could be a bit better implemented though. Some floating purple letters above you head is about as lame as the ghost projections, I use neither. A title should come with a cosmetic gear set of a unique shader, sparrow and ship.

Anything that requires a flawless raid is top tier in my book.

1 ReplyI just got my Wayfarer this week, was only missing the BrayTech sniper for the longest time. That drove me crazy, but I’m glad I finished. I don’t know which ones sounds the coolest, they’re all cool titles
