Come September will it even matter? Those that were purged due to spamming the hell out of the forums will be back when they download the free game and get to the farm. Those that didn't want to spend the money will be back through the same means. Those that were purged and no longer give a crap won't return. Sadly this last one will include many of the "Legendary" forum members and old hats who've been posting since the Halo CE days.
