We need new types of enemies besides the same species.
Even when we do get new enemies it's just an old enemy type changed a bit. Don't get me wrong Taken and Scorn where cool ideas but I feel we need Bungie to think outside the box.
What are your thoughts and ideas? What types of enemies could they add? Our enemies have always been aliens but what about an enemy faction that's from our solar system made up of either evil light bearers or Siva infested robots.

Lore wise that would make no sense. We don’t need some random enemy race to appear out of no where, that would ruin the emersion

How about giant space-kaiju? Always have wanted to fight 300-400 foot enemies outside of raids. -

3 RepliesEdited by LordNioh: 7/12/2019 6:51:03 AMI'd like them add some sort of aquatic planet with underwater dungeons and gameplay.. that would allow for some interesting enemy types and new gameplay feel...or even have us take on some ancient kraken beasts under the depths of titan.. we are space warriors I'm sure our gear and weapons can handle some underwater action and if not make some that can.

I like what we got right now. I mean yea we only have 6 species but I’d rather see more “subtypes” of each species. Like in D1 we had all those Houses of Fallen, now it’s just one main one. In D1 we had the Moon hive and Oryx’s horde plus an additional horde I believe, now we have 2, the type on Titan and the type on Mars. In D1 there were multiple “armies” of Cabal, each having a distinct color variation, I would love to see those groups again but all we got right now its only the Red Legion. The Vex have 3 types, their futuristic version ( the white ones ), their old version (prophetic I think they’re called), and their present copper version, but unfortunately we really only see their present version. The Scorn are still the newest race so I don’t have an issue with them, but for the Taken it’d of been cool to give them a different look considering their Savathûn’s army now, not Oryx’s.
