Allo Munjan, While it might not have been mentioned in the eververse store it was mentioned on the Bungie store and in the TWaB news post.
For a limited time, purchase the “Consult the Archives” emote in-game at the Eververse store and visit Bungie.net/Rewards to redeem a 20% discount off the Destiny Grimoire Anthology Vol. II: Fallen Kingdoms. Offer valid through July 9, 2019 11:59PM PDT.
https://bungiestore.com/collections/art-books/products/destiny-grimoire-anthology-volume-two As many things in life, offers are time sensitive and several items in destiny only give you a week to claim such as the raid jersey for completing a new raid within opening week. Unfortunately the discount is over and will not return. You can always make a post in the D2 forums with the #feedback tag asking for future discounts to be longer.

 • "As with many things in life" - this is highly demeaning and dismissive, you are talking to a customer not children. Your example of a raid jersey is an example of my point. The challenge was 'complete the raid in the opening week' but players have over a month to claim the reward. Same was the case with Crimson rewards and others, you got weeks/month to claim the reward long after the challenge was over. All we are asking is for bungie please provide reasonable time for the discount because this wasn't properly informed on the eververse store. Looking at the forum im not the only person whith this same problem.

 • This is unbelievable. I got screwed by this too. All I recall the ever verse pop up stating was to buy the emote prior to the weekly reset. They haven’t sold the emote again. They should be able to tell. By purchasing the damn thing it should of generated a code. Not require me to go to another site, to confirm. If I didn’t want the discount, I would not of bought the damn emote.

 • I honestly can't believe they actually did it this way. Every other time I've made a purchase, you get codes sent to you in the mail. Nowhere in their advertisements did they say that you had to SEND YOURSELF A CODE?? Really? So I wait, expecting a code in my email and end up with no discount. What a joke.
