Will weapons and armour or exotics that are acquired through forsaken or the annual pass be usable on other platforms without the dlc? It seems like a waste of money to play on PS4 ( for example) with a fully grinded and all dlc character then want to switch to Pc only to be met with loads of unusable weapons or armour (1K voices for example). I'm OK with not being able to play forsaken content but if all my exotics and armour and weapons are lost then why bother purchasing Shadowkeep on that Pc if I need to cash out on the annual pass bundle and forsaken aswell to get all my hard worked gear. I feel like this is a huge barrier from getting people to go to where they are most comfortable since, ya know I don't wanna buy the same content twice to use my gear. But business I suppose
