Your lack of support sucks! The game is constantly kick people out of everything and producing these garbage codes. "If you need help bungie.com/help" There is no help at Bungie.com, no customer service and blizzard doesn't care either! My internet people have been out 6 times in 3 weeks and guarantee me the issue is your connection or servers! We have tried multiple different pc's, routers, modems, I even tried switching physical locations with 30 miles from the other, I turned my graphic cards to the absolute lowest they can go, with 300mbps up and down, even on a custom gaming rig with 2 SLI RTX 2070 super's disconnect after disconnect and yet some how you are the only game that refuses to stay loaded. It used to be sporadic and raid oriented. We had to reset 10 times to get the raid to load with everyone in it. Now it is worse effecting even regular game play on quests and it is Suspending people from gambit and crucible. Fix your connections or servers so we can play the game we paid for. Maybe instead of releasing a new weapon and quest line you should stop being so cheap and get a support number to answer calls from your customers. When you move to STEAM you can surprise us and get us some real support!
