Destiny 2 Not Working On PS4
Recently my friend bought Destiny 2: Forsaken. He was able to download it easily. But when he’d load up the game and try going to the tower he would have an infinite black screen. Eventually we decided to not go to the tower, and just load into the first forsaken mission. It loaded us but he wasn’t able to hear anything besides the gunfire. Halfway through the first mission, he was booted out, and his game kept crashing. What can he do?

1 ReplyHow is his PS4 connected to the Internet, wired or wireless? What NAT type does the PS4 indicates he has? What is his tested Internet download and upload speeds? If he does a trace route and a ping to bungie.net does it show any lost packets or long ping times? Is the network router set up for UPnP?
