Lumina/Rose : Bearer's of Evil Past Bug?

Completed the 250 orbs of light quest step, turned in it and got the subsequent 3 part quest step. However, did not get the "Rose" handcannon. Not found in inventory nor postmaster (Postmaster was not full). Anyone can help?
