Does this have anything to do with the silver credit I'm supposed to receive for owning the current expansion pass and also buying the future expansion pass with Shadowkeep?

No, this is a separate issue. That Silver promotion for buying the Annual Pass ended on June 6.

I'm sorry, but I think you're misunderstanding. I'm talking about the note that's in every single Shadowkeep description across all the stores: Microsoft, Playstation, Steam. It reads: "*Season Pass redeemed when logging in. [b]If players already own the current Season Pass, they will receive credit toward future Seasons up until Season 11. Any credits beyond Season 11 will be exchanged for an equivalent value of Silver[/b]." I own the current season pass AND I purchased the Shadowkeep collector's edition with the season pass for all the future content. So when do I receive this credit? How will I receive this credit? How much is the credit? How is this determined? And how has this not been made clear to the community? All of this has been pretty vague and I need some clarity.

Ah, thanks for the explanation. So, this is referring to the next season pass, not the Forsaken Annual Pass. Shadowkeep will come up with a new Season Pass (or four, depending on which version of Shadowkeep you buy). What that description means is that if you bought the regular version of Shadowkeep with the one free season, then purchased the deluxe version which comes with four seasons, you would receive credit for the one season you already had.
