emote consult the archives help

Hi guardians, Is it possible that emote "consult the archives" appears later for purchase with bright dust? If I buy now but not open the pack until September is it possible to return the emote and recover the silvers? Thanks!

1. it is a silver emote only as it includes the discount for the book 2. If you buy it now, it only has a 7 day return window.
