From what I have heard, there is a time limit that you have to kill them. I saw that in this post actually, no idea how truthful it is.

It's true, confirmed it last night. You need to get the "Not on my watch" medal for killing the invader within a roughly 5-10 second window.

Than for quick kill within 10 sec maybe use good sniper that’s oder option to lol You will get there don’t rush gun it’s not that great how I was expected to be .
