The buff is the same as a well of radiance and it is said to heal 150 health but I still hate this thing because you can't use it in a solo setting. Like one little add on would make this gun worlds better. [b]Hold Reload to consume a Noble Round to give yourself a buff weaker than the actual buff.[/b] That would make it better It is okay in PvE the buff is 35% and in PvP its 20%. Now this is for you AND your teammate so whatever your using gets buffed as well. The buff also affects your energy and power weapon damage.
