Looks like this hasn’t been an issue for a while, but logged on today hoping to finally get Arbalest and hopped on over to Xur and he gave me the prospector... I’d read that Arbalest was in the random loot pool and am super disappointed to get one I’ve had unlocked since probably Osiris. Would not have used my Warlock if I had known that it wasn’t in Xur’s loot table.
