So to cut it short the Intrinsic perk on my Reverie Dawn Gauntlets was suddently changed from Survivalist (Recovery) to Heavy (Resilience) when i was in-game. The game even gave the same sound cue of when you insert a mod into a weapon or an armor piece when it happened. Stat distribution used to be 6/3/10 before, now it's 6/4/9 with the exact same armor pieces and mods. Pretty weird if you ask me since rerolling Intrinsic on armor was disabled.
