Both 1k and Anarchy have the same drop rate, 10%. You're just unlucky

I have been playing since day one and still have not gotten 1K or Anarchy. EVER!

That's just bad RnG, I have 41 clears in LW and got One Thousand Voices my first run, I have 34 clears of SotP and got Anarchy on my 30th. You'll be more appreciative when you finally get one of them, I never felt like I really earned my OTV but I did my Anarchy.
