Can exos change their physical appearance?
I’m just curious because as of right now, I don’t really care for how my exo looks. I’m thinking if they have the “previous memories” of D1 at the beginning of D2, then I could say that my eco changed his look at the start of D3. But is that possible in the lore? Because I don’t want to just say that he looks different and defy the lore.

Exo tech has been lost. I would say that if it was found then, yes you could change appearance, but until then...

technically, yes, BUT since Clovis bray was the inventor and creator of those robot bodies there is a certain lack of spare parts for them .. so if you find parts you can surely replace them (would have been a great idea for bungie to customize the exo "race", with "bodymods" )

No Perhaps the little decorations on their heads could be removed and/or attached, but doing that properly would probably involve some of the technology used to make the Exo bodies, which was lost during the Collapse. So no.
