Anarchy drop rate
This should’ve been increased when 1KV and the Dreaming City cosmetics got an increased drop rate. I have 64 completions and still no Anarchy, which seems unreasonable.
Edit: Make that 65 and no Anarchy, but at least i got Tarrabah today from my 10th completion

The increase on 1K didn't even do anything. People are still getting unlucky. The solution is to make them available via quests, or implement drop protection/bad luck protection.
