No silver and negative numbers of silver
i purchased silver a long time ago and i don't expect a refund because it was so long ago but also the amount of silver i have is -9800? how can it be a negative number? help would be much appreciated!

Chargebacks puts you in the negative.

Please see: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13660 Read under the section for Silver Refunds or Transfers. Negative balance is caused by you receiving Silver, spending it in-game, and then later receiving a refund for that purchase of Silver either through a chargeback or a platform refund of currency. Because you effectively spent Silver that you didn't have, it puts you into a negative balance. In order to spend more Silver, you must first purchase Silver to pay back what you owe.
