You can get out of bounds in the Tower in Destiny 2.
I dont really know why I tried it but I did and... succeed in glitching out of the playable area in the Tower.
Its really easy to do it. You just need the Lava - Challange buff and press space bar at the right spots :P

maybe make the invisible wall higher at the house I jumped on? I think this should help.

That’s been known for a while. People used it to get into the black armory area before it launched. The lava jump ability was added for people to explore. It’s not surprising and doesn’t hurt the game since you aren’t exploiting Econ or game quality.
