PSN Blocked players should not be matched with, this is a privacy violation.
By continuously allowing blocked players to grief and harrass once they have been ignored is condoning harrassment. All other games to do not let you see or play with players on your block list just for this reason.
This needs to be patched now.

This feature (PSN blocking) is not controlled by Bungie and is irrelevant to Destiny 2 - what you're talking about is a platform specific feature.
