1 ReplyMy opinion matters little as I gave up on this game a while back, but I never was been very excited about any of the design choices they've made in the game. Got the optimacy set in y1 and never really found a visually adequate replacement. A helmet here and there, maybe. I can't stand the half cloak look, but bungie seems to have fallen in love with it. Guess they peaked too early, and then made all y1 gear irrelevant...only to release it now and make me work for a relevant set of the same stuff I already have. No thanks. Shadowkeep Mark's the first time since joining the destiny world that I haven't pre-ordered content (no, not merely because of design, but it isn't helping), and have no plans to. Sad too, because I always defended d1 to others and even brought a couple more people into the world with me. Maybe they'll prove me wrong and I'll pick it up later. But I've lost the confidence required to spend money first and find out what I got later.

5 RepliesHow about the Tangle Shore armor for the Titan. Looks like they mugged a little old lady and stole her old hover vaccum cleaner and Cannibalized it for parts! Ugly as hell!

2 RepliesThe vaaaaast majority of armor, across all guardians and all factions/etc have been the worst I've seen in Destiny so far. The female characters look manly, and the male characters look like an upside down pear with little legs. I gave up trying to find anything that looked even vaguely good for my Warlock, and instead decided to shoot for the ugliest possible mixture of tatters and asymmetry possible, and I didn't have to look too hard for it. Shoot for something that looked like D1 SRL armor for Warlock, and ditch the space wizard robes already, or at least offer the option to ditch them. Have you tried running in a blamming floor-length dress? Most Titan armor looks like you magnetized them, drug them thru a junk yard, and then just left whichever and wherever random fenders and bumpers stuck to them, just stay there and that be the armor design. Grotesque. SYMMETRY PLEASE, and NOT enormous shoulder pads! Hunter armor in D2 has got to be the least flattering Destiny options yet. I have found a single pair of pants that look even remotely nice, and it's from year 1 and doesn't have random perks. Who keeps greenlighting all of these awful costume designs? Hildy from Trading Spaces?

When I first got it I thought it looked good since I like long cloaks. But after seeing another guardian wearing it in the tower I've changed my mind. Looks like it will wind up in the vault.

It’s the same as the Prodigal set. That’s why I’m not wearing it. I don’t like the short capes. I’m using the Optimacy or IB capes this season.
