Way too many players throw around words they do not actually know the meaning of. By blocking players from grouping once they have been put on the PSN ignore list is not an exploitable action. It is exactly how the sytem is intended to work. Blocking a player is and always should be a way to avoid contact with that individual. Bungie violates that by continuing to match players in game once this action has occurred. In fact I am considering a class action law suit pertaining to this issue because players are blocked for many reason including sexual harrassment and Bungie allows these players access to the victim even after they are attacked.
