The Invitation “Purchase an upgrade on the Chalice” Incomplete

Okay, I'm assuming it's the one you need after completing the Menagerie and claiming the triumphs. If my assumption is wrong, please do let me know. So, going on that assumption, please make sure you've claimed all the triumphs that you achieved after your Menagerie run, then open the chalice, and at the bottom, there are three sets of upgrades, the bottom right one should have 3 upgrades. You should be able to purchase the first upgrade of that set of upgrades.

I’m at the same part, i went in and collected all of my triumphs but it still isn’t allowing me to purchase upgrades. Advice?

Can you please share a screenshot of your Chalice screen and you hovering over the 7th upgrade?
